Looking Back At the Past 2012 and Looking Forward At the Coming 2013

As time passes, it comes the end of the year. The year of 2012 is full of dramas as well as changes. For CABN, it is also a year of harvest.

Conferences events:

Round Table May 18th, 2012—CABN has successfully run the Roundtable Meeting jointly with DAWA News. More than 50 Chinese investors attended this meeting. They were introduced with six selected business projects this time including a real estate projects in the centre of Surrey, a top class American copper mine project, an Alberta oil and gas project, a drilling service project, a concrete forming project and a drug testing project. CABN also invited Dave Porter, the CEO of BC First Nation Energy and Mining Council, and Phebe Chen from FMC as the special guests of this meeting to share their knowledge on mining industry investment and immigration service in Canada.

 

Investment Environment and Project Promotion Conference September 5th, 2012-- CABN was honored to be invited to present at the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China's Investment Environment and Project Promotion Conference. The delegation group included the Commerce Department of Shandong province, the Commerce Department of Hubei province, the Commerce Department of Qingdao, the Commerce Department of Langfang, the Shanghai Foreign Investment Promotion Center and Guiyang Economic Development.

Canada China Investment Summit October 24th, 2012-- CABN has successfully supported hosting and presented at the Canada China Investment Summit 2012 held in Vancouver Convention Centre on October 9th, 2012. Over one hundred Chinese investors came to Vancouver to attend this summit to better understand the context of investing in Canada. It offered networking opportunities for Chinese investments to meet with potential Canadian partners to explore business opportunities in Canada. CABN introduced three business projects at the event including a nickel mine project, a high tech project and a real estate project.

The 4th China Overseas Investment Fair December 4th, 2012—CABN was honored to be invited to present at the 4th China Overseas Investment Fair. This year’s COIFAIR was held successfully in Beijing organized by National Development and Reform Commission and China Industrial Overseas Development & Planning Association. Over 200 international organizations have attended this event. CABN and its booth neighbor Invest Toronto together brought great Canadian business projects to Chinese companies. Canadian business projects received high popularity in this event.

 

 

Investment Projects Achievement

CABN has successfully closed several deals this year. The projects finished in 2012 including one mining project, one oil and gas project, and a high tech innovation project. Certain projects are also nearing completion. Meanwhile, CABN has also developed some more investable potential projects for investors.
