Canada Asia Business Network is pleased to bridge between Eagle Peak Resources with North West Mining and Geological Exploration Bureau for Non-ferrous Metals (NWME) and joined the site tour from June 27-29, 2009 in Vancouver, BC and Smithers, BC.

NWME
Based in Xi’an city of Shaanxi province, China, NWME is one of the top five exploration and mining Bureaus among approximately 100 provincial Bureaus in terms of revenue and technical capacity. NWME has more than 6,000 employees including 800 geologists, technologists, and engineers, and is the first Bureau in China to conduct exploration projects in partnerships with companies from Western countries.

In 2007, NWME entered into a joint venture with Yukon Nevada Gold Corporation to carry out exploration on new acquisitions. In 2008, NWME, in partnership with Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. Ltd., acquired Yukon Zinc Corporation.

As well, NWME has been conducting geotechnical exchange and prospecting in cooperation with world-renowned mining companies and organizations such as: Japan Metal Mining Group; Sino Mining International Limited in Australia; Placer Dome in Canada; KOTRA in Korea; Geological Survey of Finland and Teck Cominco. NWME has also undertaken geologic prospecting projects in Guinea, Mongolia, Argentina, Indonesia and Zimbabwe.

Eagle Peak Resources Inc.
Eagle Peak Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration/development Company incorporated on October 7, 2005. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia with a field office in Smithers, British Columbia. The Company's Officers, Directors, and Advisors combined have over 250 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, in both the public and private sector. Eagle Peak resolutely remained private during the procurement of approximately 8 million dollars, used in property inventory acquisitions, property exploration/development programs, corporate operations and investor relations infrastructure.

Eagle Peak's flagship properties are the Dome Mountain Project (gold/silver), the Big Onion Property (copper/molybdenum) and the Tas Property (gold/copper). In addition to acquiring the Company's flagship properties, Eagle Peak has made strategic grass-root acquisitions. Several of these properties present a strong possibility of developing significant value for the Company and have had exploration to the extent of diamond drilling. Numerous drill ready coincident geochemical/geophysical anomalies exist on several of the properties.

Canada Asia Business Network, with NWME, attended Eagle Peak Corporate Office and Flagships
Eagle Peak Resources hosted NWME delegation at its head office in Vancouver, BC, along with representatives from Canada Asia Business Network and Synergy Management Group. After the introductions, Eagle Peak Resources conducted a presentation that incorporated a brief overview of the company’s management and key highlights of its three flagship properties: the Dome Mountain Project, Big Onion, and Tas Properties.

The following Tuesday, Dr. Ren XiaoHua and Dr. Wang Rui, two senior representatives from NWME’s geo-science team as well as Tommy Yuan and Kevin Zhu from CABN arrived in Smithers, British Columbia for a three-day tour of Eagle Peak Resources’ flagship properties and Company field office. Several Eagle Peak representatives were present to conduct the tour。The expedition included an aerial flyover and site visits to all three flagship Properties, an underground mine tour of the Dome Mountain Project, and detailed discussion and analysis of technical data at Eagle Peak Resources’ field office in Smithers.
